Catalytic Converters
Noise Solutions Inc. now offers two models of Catalytic Converters, which serve to control and limit compressor engine emissions and aid Industry in meeting air quality regulations.

Catalytic Converters address toxic gas emissions from both rich burn and lean burn engines. The oxidation catalysts in lean burn engines remove carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, while rich burn engines utilise three-way catalysts to eliminate carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and nitrous oxides.
This is achieved through the use of precious metals (such as platinum, palladium or rhodium) in the catalyst to filter out the pollutants. The size of the Catalytic Converter depends on the requirements of the engine.
Key exhaust components that Catalytic Converters reduce include:
- CO: Carbon Monoxide
- NOx: Nitrogen Oxide
- Hydrocarbons
In the United States, these emissions are regulated by 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart 2222- National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines.
Reliable and efficient, Catalytic Converters have many applications in the industry and provide an easy method for controlling engine emissions with the added benefit of reducing engine noise when properly combined with Noise Solutions Inc.’s engine exhaust muffler equipment.

"Noise Solutions Inc. proved they could set up an engineered solution, they could guarantee it, and stand by it and in the end all of our targets that were set as objectives were met, measured, and proven to be true."
